Responsibility:

• The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be managing the entire PNL of the catering business.
• The CEO will have overall operational responsibility for the Food & Catering Division, and will provide expert input into the Strategic Plan, will be responsible for day to day implementation once approved by the Board.
• The CEO will partner with her/his peers (the chief financial officer (CFO), Head of Sales and Group Human Resources Director) and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget.
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in day-to-day business activity.
• Identify opportunities for the expansion of the catering business.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain division’s high-performance senior management team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting.
• Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
• Ensure the continued financial viability of the catering business through sound fiscal management.
• Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.
• Work with the CFO to ensure that relevant and timely financial data is presented to the Board
• Ensuring that the human resource policies and procedures are implemented within the division.
• Oversee risk management and legal activities in association with the Group legal function.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or MBA.
• Ideally has worked in a senior management role for 10+ years in the Catering Industry in GCC.
