• Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actionsdirecting and allocating financial resources to meet strategic goals and objectives· Financial Plans
• Improve cash flow management by integrating and consolidating cash flows by using innovative products and tools of treasury management.
• Complete grip over payables and receivable taking ownership of collection through recovering stuck up money in the market, negotiating and follow up directly with clients and involvement in implementation of credit policies.

• Managing business growth by being responsible for P&L account and positive cash flows for the business in local and international markets.

• Providing recommendations to the CEO on relevant financial requirements to implement business operations and ensuring the optimal utilisation of these financial resources.
• Ensuring funding needs of the business using the best possible methods, loan restructuring.
• Managing the entire banking relationships and treasury
• Provide financial and commercial leadership to support business development strategy and execution.
• Identify the project financial requirements to work with the bank to facilitate the suitable funds to the projects

• exchange and interest rate risk management, leveraging and optimizing available resources.

Minimum Requirement

• Must be Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), or ACCA
• 10-12 years of working experience as Finance Director, CFO or Head of Finance.
• Must have background in construction and/or contracting environment.
