Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and management. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth, ensuring financial stability, and supporting key strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and governance standards
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, and audit processes
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency
• Build and lead the finance team, driving high performance and accountability
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder communication

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles (CFO / Finance Director)
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, taxation, and audit frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CPA / MBA in Finance or related field
