Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities
Management of all statutory Compliances. Ensure compliance with the law and Company's policies
Experience: (15-20) years as CFO preferably in the manufacturing industry Should have handled Finances for a company with a minimum turnover of 100 crores
Education: CA, MBA/PGDM in Finance
Responsibilities
Management of all statutory Compliances.
Manage Collections
· Ageing Analysis
· Accounting - P&L / B/S preparation & finalisation etc.
· License renewals - MSEB etc.
· Bank renewals
· Cross Check Stores & Production reports
· eway bills report
· Advance reports
· Supervise all finance personnel. Review KRA/KPI of each team member
· Create a financial 90-day plan for Finance team
· Travel to plants
Skills
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- · Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- · Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
- · Ability to strategize and solve problems
- · Strong leadership and organizational skills
