Job Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and management of the company. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate finance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
• Strong leadership and financial planning skills.
• Experience in corporate finance, risk management, and compliance.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) is required.
