We're hiring for the profile of CFO for Pune location

Qualifications/Experience: Qualified CA with 9-12 years of exp ( at least 3-5 years in the capital equipment, heavy machinery, or manufacturing industry)

Location: Pune

Budget: 27-28 LPA (including variable)

MUST: SAP ERP experience

Key responsibilites: 

1) Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals, including long-term financial planning and investment decisions.

2) Budgeting & Forecasting:

Oversee the budgeting process, create financial forecasts, and manage financial performance against targets.

3) Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, conduct financial analysis to provide insights into company performance, and assess the impact of business decisions.

4) Risk Management:

Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

5) Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

6) Accounting & Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance

with GAAP/IFRS. 

7) Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations, including tax planning and audits.
