The CFO will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting growth across wind, solar, and hybrid renewable energy projects. This role partners closely with leadership to drive financial performance, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for renewable projects

• Oversee project finance, fundraising, debt structuring, and investor relations

• Manage financial risk, compliance, audits, and governance

• Optimize cash flow, cost controls, and capital allocation

• Support M&A, partnerships, and expansion initiatives

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience

• Strong background in renewable energy (wind, solar, hybrid projects)
