Chief Information Officer

We are looking for a visionary and dynamic CIO to lead the company's digital transformation. As CIO, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire IT function within the group. This role involves coordinating teams responsible for application and platform management, infrastructure, and project management, as well as leading process automation efforts. We are looking for a strategic leader with extensive experience in coordinating people and processes, to shape the technological future of the organization and align technology with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage teams of IT professionals (infrastructure, applications, PMOs) to achieve peak performance
• Manage efforts to develop and implement innovative technology strategies, ensuring their alignment with the company business objectives
• IT budget management at company level
• Monitor and implement technological trends, assessing their potential impact on the company and coordinating the implementation of innovations to keep the company competitive
• Cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with all divisions to understand technology needs and provide the necessary support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management, or related fields
• Relevant experience in IT and management positions, including strategic perspective
• Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategies
• Solid technical knowledge in IT architecture, network infrastructure, security systems and RPA. Previous experience in S/4HANA implementation projects is an advantage
• Ability to manage complex projects and introduce significant technological innovations
• Previous experience in managing IT budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors
• Ability to generate new and original ideas to address various organizational challenges from an IT perspective
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team
• Strategic thinking, the ability to plan for the long term and understand both opportunities and threats
• Ability to make fast, efficient, results-oriented decisions
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proactivity, the ability to initiate and implement positive changes in the organization
• Integrity and professional ethics
