Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Create opportunities for alliances with BFSI/Non-BFSI companies at CXO level
- Draw plan for strategic business alliances and resultant disproportionate growth in Digital Business
- Including but not limited to Neo/Payment banks, Mobile wallets, Insure-tech, Fintech, Ed-tech and Ecommerce companies
- Business Development pipeline management right from sourcing to go live to relationship management on a day-to-day basis
- Design unique use cases for mutual fund sales to end customers through such alliances
- Map client’s requirements through continuous interactions and brainstorming
- Coordinate with internal departments; Operations, IT, Legal, Marketing for day-to-day operations and process mapping as per client requirements

- Drive for running business development activities, Analytical Skills & Creative thinking, proficiency in handling excel & power-point is a must.
- Good in communication skills with proficiency in creating and delivering presentations

Role Specific Competencies:
- Knowledge of Digital Space & Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund Product/ Sales/ Business Development
- Data Analytics with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience of Alliance / Strategic partnerships
- Out of Box Thinking
- Team Management
- IT / Digital Savvy
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp
- Graduate/MBA with min 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Past Exp in Mutual Fund, Banking and Financial Services, Digital Alliances,
- E- Commerce, Payments etc. would be an added advantage
