Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Leadership
• Own the complete marketing charter, including strategy, product positioning, branding, digital growth, and PR.
• Lead product design inputs, documentation, product decks, and communication assets.
• Drive digital acquisition across web, paid channels, Google, social, and demand-gen funnels.
• Build strong GTM collaterals including product briefs, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement kits.
• Strengthen brand consistency across all campaigns, channels, and external communication.
• Operations Management
• Support and oversee operational processes of HR & Finance to enable scale and agility.
• Drive OKRs, reviews, execution tracking, and operational hygiene across the org.
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead a 20-member team and drive a culture of speed, ownership, and high performance, while also managing vendor partners to support the company’s success.
• Build strong internal communication, alignment, and execution discipline across functions.
• Define KPI as per fast paced start up growth
Requirements:
• 15–20 years of experience in Core Marketing Activities from IT, SaaS, Deep Tech, Cyber or product-based technology companies.
• Must have strong experience working in fast paced, high pressure startup environments, with the ability to stay agile, move quickly, and thrive in dynamic situations.
• Strong hands-on experience in marketing, product communication, digital growth, and brand building.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and drive execution under pressure.
• Strong founder-facing maturity, leadership presence, and decision-making capability.
