Role & responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Manage client outreach, communication, and follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate hiring activities with internal recruiters and external agencies.
• Support finance and internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
• Facilitate team coordination and organize internal activities and team events.

Candidate requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• MBA in Marketing, HR, or a related field.
