Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Formulate regional strategy: Responsible for business development and management of a branch. Not limited to development strategy, implementation strategy, market opportunity mining, business innovation and reform, etc..

▪ Responsible for in-depth interpretation according to the automobile industry and related policies, analyze market development trends, formulate medium and long-term strategic development plans, annual marketing plans and work goals at each stage.

▪ Undertake the tasks of superiors: comprehensively organize the implementation of relevant resolutions and regulations of the industrial group; according to the group's strategic development plan, be responsible for integrating teams and resources according to the group's policies and strategies, promoting the optimization of the company's system and process, and the coordinated development of various regions, etc..

▪ Responsible for comprehensively presiding over the company's daily management and operation, inspecting, supervising and coordinating the progress of various daily businesses; responsible for the planning, organization, management and implementation of the company's strategy and business development.

▪ Responsible for the formation of the core team of the Middle East subsidiary, responsible for the collaborative management, organizational construction and echelon construction of the company's various teams, and continuously improve the company's organizational development capabilities.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor degree or above, majors in business management, marketing and other related majors are preferred.

▪ More than 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, in-depth understanding of the development trend of the Middle East automotive industry, creative thinking and strong logical thinking ability.

▪ Having management experience served as CEO, president, general manager of well-known companies in the automotive field, listed companies and other large and medium-sized companies is preferred, with good professional quality and professionalism.

▪ Have a global business pattern and strategic vision, full of confidence and expectations for personal travel product business, strong enterprising spirit, highly rational, strong learning ability and innovation consciousness, good at review and self-examination, good at building a team and leading a team; Repeat successful business growth management experience.

▪ Have strong motivation, communication, coordination and team leadership skills, and have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
