• Provide directions to Company in alignment with Company’s Vision and directives given by Board of Directors. Ensure to establish goals and targets of entire operations to achieve Company’s goals and target.
• Strategic decision making, preparation of plans and execution according to short team/ long term plan to increase overall productivity and capability of the Company. Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability.
• Work closely with entire operations including Production, Quality, Supply Chain to attain EBITDA target and profitability of Industrial P&L of every business unit through business alignment with optimization of operations, Cost reduction /control and making profitable investments. Ensure to maintain production Quality throughout the Company. 
• Turnaround of companies and Implementation experience of TPM, TQM, Lean manufacturing techniques
• Focus on sustaining existing business operations and its expansion. Support, contribute to attain target revenue with profitability and provide proper directives to team for the same. Represent the company as required, including building rapport with Customers, attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings.
• Responsible for efficiency, optimization and profitability of all manufacturing units located across India. Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals of reporting department in partnership with division managers.
• Ensure to establish operational excellence by strategy deployment, improving process, people capability, and optimization with the help of Process Excellence techniques – Six Sigma, Lean mfg., 8D Problem solving etc.
• Ensure people development and team building to maintain harmonious working environment in the department. 

Educational Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Overall 18 to 25 years of experience and who has worked at Corporate leadership level for more than 5 years
