Role Overview
The CSCO is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that covers procurement, planning, logistics, customer service, and warehousing. The goal is to ensure cost-effective operations, global readiness, and sustainability while meeting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop long-term supply chain strategy focused on growth and sustainability

Oversee performance across procurement, planning, logistics, and delivery

Build supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely, and cost-efficient sourcing

Lead customer service to ensure timely deliveries and proactive issue resolution
-
Manage production planning to meet demand while optimizing inventory
-
Maintain direct engagement with key global customers (traders, blenders, B2B/B2C)
-
Ensure adherence to food safety and regulatory compliance across the supply chain

Oversee logistics for international shipments, ensuring quality and cost control
-
Manage inventory to meet product availability while minimizing costs and waste
-
Oversee comprehensive insurance strategy covering all assets and risks
-
Monitor and control supply chain budgets
-
Integrate AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and visibility
-
Promote sustainable practices such as waste reduction and eco-friendly sourcing

Prepare risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and external volatility

Build and mentor high-performing supply chain teams aligned with strategic goals

Education

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience

20+ years in supply chain roles, with 7+ years in senior leadership

Experience in agri-food (specifically fruit concentrate, IQF, Freeze Dry) is required

Background in procurement, logistics, and global trade
