Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Company's technology vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle (architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, scaling).

• Drive innovation in AI/ML, intelligent automation, agentic solutions, cyber security, and data analytics.

• Build and mentor high-performing product and engineering teams.

• Establish best practices in technology stacks, cloud adoption, visualization tools, and emerging tech integration.

• Ensure compliance with cyber security and data privacy regulations.

• Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to align technology strategy with growth and exit plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 20+ years in product-based organizations, with at least 10+ years in BFSI and data analytics domains.

• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade products (not from services/consulting background).

• Expertise in AI/ML (10+ years), cyber security (latest trends), intelligent automation, agentic solutions, and modern data analytics stacks.

• Strong understanding of ERP solutions, cloud platforms, and visualization technologies.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise.

• Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in scaling BFSI/data product companies globally.

• Open to professionals in their mid-40s to 50s.

• Thought leader in product innovation and future technology trends.
