Key Responsibilities:

Bring a unique perspective to corporate strategic planning and product strategy

• Being responsible for the technology architecture of an organization.

• Developing, tracking and controlling the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations

• Running the team of IT engineers within the organization.

• Using technology to improve on the products that the company has to offer.

• Researching and determines which new technologies a business should apply to its current processes to drive continued success

• Liaising and collaborating with suppliers of technical solutions to enhance product range and customer relations.

• Ensuring that product architecture supports the priorities of the business

• Working with all departments and business units inside the group to define and deliver new products and enhancements

• Capitalize on stakeholders’ feedback to advise on necessary improvements and adjustments Requirement:

• Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university • Minimal 10 years of experience with at least 5 years as CTO

• Knowledge / experience in renewable energy is a plus • Able to translate a complex technology theory and capabilities into strategic business decisions for the organization • Deep understanding of technology trends and target markets

• Have experience and understanding in various and complex IT areas such as IT Architecture, Information Security Management, Big Data Engineering and Software Development • Confidence to effectively lead a team of people across multiple departments

• Proficient in technical, business, and management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to meet deadline under pressure

Qualification Requirement: • Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university

Required Experience:• Minimal 10 years of experience with at least 5 years as CTO

• Knowledge / experience in P2P or Crypto or digital insurance is plus • Able to translate a complex technology theory and capabilities into strategic business decisions for the organization

• Deep understanding of technology trends and target markets
