Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)We are looking for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with a minimum of 15 to 22 years of progressive HR leadership experience. As a vital member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's human resources functions and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. You should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment, retention, and development of a high-performing workforce
- Lead and manage all HR functions including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and support on organizational change management and workforce planning
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee development, training, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a CHRO or in a similar senior HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop a high-performing HR team
- Demonstrated experience in fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
