Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and results-driven CHRO to lead the HR function and drive organizational excellence through people-first strategies. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and are passionate about fostering inclusive, growth-oriented cultures.
They will serve as a key business partner, shaping talent strategies, enhancing organizational development, and leading initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent. This is a critical leadership role with significant influence on the company’s scaling journey.

Eligibility & Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

7–15 years of progressive experience in HR, with exposure to strategic leadership roles

Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing HR teams and influence at senior leadership levels

Strong knowledge of current HR practices, compliance, and talent strategy frameworks
