- Coordinating with the City Managers on the planning of the launch, signing off on the city wise launch plan by FOS
- Hiring of City Managers, training them on the process of managing acquisition
- Track performance of the team of City Managers
- Ensure that the acquisition is in line with the plan for each of the cities
- Audit the acquisition done by the team through telecalling and QC team, take action accordingly
- Ensure marketing collaterals are provided to the City managers for successful launch.
- Ensure data visibility to the CIty Managers on their team's performance
- Ensure that LSQ data is updated everyday and that activities are on track as per plan
- Coordinate with logistics/sourcing/network design/TA & HR team for smooth operations
