From Antal International, we are looking for a Claims and Promotional Regulatory Affairs Specialist (CPRAS) for a major multinational dermo-cosmetic company.
Integrated into the RA team and reporting directly to the Global Director Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety, the CPRAS will have the following main mission: Contribute to the development of the Company by coordinating and managing to promote, supervise and guarantee, from a regulatory point of view the contents of promotional materials and digital advertising.
The Specific function Will be:
- Promote, supervise and guarantee compliance with the regulatory framework in promotional and digital content.
- Prepare, provide information and capture opportunities to educate and implement in the different areas of promotion and digital tools for regulatory compliance.
- Identify the possible risks associated with non-compliance with the regulations and advise on how to act in this regard.
- Participate in the response service to external inquiries. Know and comply with the General Standards of safety, Environment, etc. inherent to the position.
- Participate in Project teams defined by the company.
- Provide technical advice to staff, in their field of action.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the published and applicable regulations in the field of all product categories and for all countries of interest to the company.
Requisites:
- Graduate in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Nursery, Biomedicine...). Will be desirable complementary education will also be of value
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar international position and with experience on RRAA for cosmetic, drugs, medical devices, food supplements and personal hygiene products as preferred. If the experience is not in all of them will be also considered.
- English C1. Other languages will be a plus.
