Job Description
Our Client is a leading Multinational company in Automotive Leasing, offering also breakthrough solutions in Mobility.
For their growing operations in Greece, they are looking for a ‘Claims/Insurance Officer (Motor)’. The role reports to the Insurance Manager.
Mission:
- Deliver to drivers and customers the services subscribed by clients at the expected level of quality
- Contributes local strategy aligned to corporate for insurance services/topics
- Ensures the monitoring and achievement of key performance indicators (quality, pricing accuracy, reimbursement time.
- Contribute to the production of Corporate initiatives and ensure their implementation
- Ensure customer and driver satisfaction on its perimeter of activity
- Ensure reimbursement collection from Insurance companies
Your responsibilities:
- Manages the Insurance activity in terms of the organization’s objectives
- Checks that suppliers’ invoices agreed works have been performed and also that the amounts, which have been
- invoiced, comply with our agreement with the supplier
- Data Registers to CLS (suppliers Invoices)
- Contribute to the Drivers Survey for complaints
- Suggests new system developments
- Follows department’s procedures
- Develops a high level of cooperation with the local insurance company
- Manages insurance issues and communicates with the insurance company
- Follows up and reports weekly, the reimbursement collections of the accidents
- Monitoring clients’ re-invoicing (deductibles, etc)
- Delegates to the external layer partner if a claim needs legal managing
- Informs the Accounting Department about the local insurance company payments
- Ensure convergence through TOM’s implementation within the Fleet Services area
- Regularly challenge results and take actions to raise performance continuously
- Actively participate in Global Operations’ communities at the Group level
- Support massive data collection strategy
- Maintain and develop a high level of cooperation with Greenval
- Maintain and develop a high level of cooperation with the local insurance company ( fronting)
