This function is also to ensure that claims management services developed are within the existing regulatory framework, and to ensure that all this is conducted in and efficient and value-adding manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to rely on your expertise to contribute towards the drafting, design and implementation of the Claims Management Process and Framework to ensure alignment to the PPRs, provide technical claims recommendations, and maintain statistical information.
