Role details:

Role & responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery and operations of a portfolio of accounts, including management of large projects.
- Maintain full accountability for ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to schedules, managing costs, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Recruit and nurture high-performing teams to execute mid- to large-scale transformation projects effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in the technical delivery model to enhance project quality and outcomes.
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects while meeting established scope.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project execution.
Candidate requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the software industry, with proven skills in delivery management.
- Extensive background in customer service and client relations, demonstrating a strong client-centric approach.
- Possess sound business acumen and adeptness in collaborating and negotiating with business partners.
- Ability to formulate strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans.
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving demands.
- Proficiency in risk management, fostering a culture of strategic risk management in teams.
- Exceptional collaboration abilities to build cohesive teams across diverse business areas.
- Thorough understanding and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving operational enhancements for increased efficiency and implementing effective controls for optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in effectively leading virtual teams.
- Previous work in a professional services setting is highly desirable.
