Hiring for a Client Delivery Leader for a Digital Engineering Business Unit.

Role & responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery and operations of a portfolio of accounts, should have managed huge associates in different projects.
- Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within Digital Engineering (DE) business unit.
- Work with project teams to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects.
- Build and develop successful teams for the delivery of mid- and large-scale development projects.
- Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with the associated teams. Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution
- Own the execution & delivery of all projects, within the persons portfolio, in terms of cost, schedule, delivery & customer satisfaction.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Experience in managing large multilocation strategic programs for clients.
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members.
Candidate requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in IT industry with good delivery management skills.
- Significant experience in handling global accounts preferably US.
- Experience in handling customer service role and business management role
- PMP / CSM certification is a plus.
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum Methodology
- Work experience in a professional services industry.
- Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Ability to manage risk and encourage strategic risk management-based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries, Leadership skills to successfully lead large, diverse, and virtual teams.
- Drives operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality.
- Travel readiness and work from office is a must.
- The candidate should have excellent people management skill and have the ability to mentor the team.
