Hiring for a Client Director for a global digital transformation and cybersecurity provider.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Client Director (Strategic Accounts)
- Location: USA (East Coast)
- Experience: 7-15 years
- Compensation: Up to USD 270K
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 3–6 key enterprise accounts, each generating annual revenues in the high six- to eight-figure range.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans with a 12–24-month growth outlook.
- Drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and increase cross-practice adoption across IAM, MDR, CAS, SVS, and SES services.
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IAM, Procurement leaders, and key LOB stakeholders.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), roadmap discussions, escalations, risk management, and governance forums.
- Align with client business priorities to proactively recommend relevant solutions and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor account health, and manage financial reporting within SFDC (Salesforce).
- Act as a company ambassador at industry events alongside assigned clients.
Candidate requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts within cybersecurity, cloud, or IT services environments.
- Demonstrated track record of handling Fortune-level clients and delivering sustained, multi-year revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity domains, particularly IAM, MDR, and offensive security practices.
- Proficient in strategic account planning, conducting QBRs, and driving renewal and expansion initiatives.
- Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or comparable frameworks.
- Highly organized, with solid financial acumen and a proven ability to deliver accurate forecasting.
