Role: Client Implementation Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India (requires WFO) 

Experience: 4-7 years

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Work as a product SME to gain understanding of product features and associated technical processes; Find creative solutions to implement the product across multiple environments and clients
• Partner with Client’s team to install software product and work on successfully productionizing the software
• Serve as a client advocate to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the integration and perform timely escalations and follow-ups for resolution
• Configuration and customize Product wherever applicable

Required Skills: 

• 3+ years of experience working in a client facing software implementation role with knowledge of Agile
• Experience in software development using Java / J2EE technologies and experience with messaging / middleware technologies
• Experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins and job scheduler tools like autosys, airflow, etc.,
• Proficient with SQL queries and various databases such as Oracle, MSSQL 
• Proficient with shell scripting and working in a Unix/Linux environment 
• Knowledge of AWS stack, Elastic search, and Kibana with be a plus
