Responsibilities:
Analysis of the fixed client base, understanding the specifics of doing business, seasonality for fixed clients;
Weekly planning of the schedule of calls and visits, for negotiations, providing the schedule to the management;
Making daily cold or warm calls to clients for cooperation with the Company;
Holding meetings and negotiations at the level of the company's top officials and decision makers, building a client base, building partnerships with key customers in the region;
Organization and preparation, conclusion and re-execution of contracts, additional agreements and protocols of disagreements to them;
Carrying out work to stimulate sales, to implement special programs of discounts and bonuses, and other sales promotions;
Work in the CRM system
Formation of customer focus by means of interaction with related departments to improve the quality of services provided;
Achievement of planned KPIs
Requirements:
Higher education
Must have at least 2 years experience in sales
Knowledge and practical skills in sales techniques
Experience in personal sales to large clients. Ability to conduct complex negotiations
Diplomacy. Stress tolerance. Ability to work with conflicts
Active life position
Ability to work with a large amount of information and documents, ability to work in multitasking mode, result-oriented;
Ability to independently and quickly make decisions within their competence;
