Role Overview:
As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exemplary financial services, and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence. You will collaborate closely with both the internal team and external clients, providing expertise in account management, tax, audit, and advisory services, while also contributing to the firm's strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
- Understand and anticipate clients' needs, providing tailored financial advice and solutions.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client service.
- Assist in the mentorship and development of junior staff members.
- Strategic Contribution:
- Support the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the firm's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently studying towards AAT, ACA, or ACCA
- Minimum of 2 years' UK practice-based experience
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software, ideally Xero & QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly to clients.
- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members.
