To ensure your success in this role, you need at least 5 years of solid non-Life reinsurance experience, with a strong client orientation, strong Project Management capabilities and experience, the ability to communicate effectively on high level presentations, excellent negotiation and abstract reasoning skills, and be able to provide and present insightful analysis on executive and multinational level. Additionally, you have strong business acumen, the ability to determine customer behaviour and decisions through the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, good leadership abilities – able to develop teams and a positive work environment, and you are entrepreneurial and inquisitive.
