GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Client Relations Support person is a member of the India Centre of Excellence (CoE) team functionally aligned to the Head of CIO Office Client Relations in Switzerland. The role is part of the established CoE, which provides value-added services in areas of IWMS. The Client Relations Support person is responsible to support the ClO Client Relations Team by delivering top-quality content to private bank clients and prospects.
The main tasks include:
- Support CIO Client Relations - Investment Specialists in all aspects related to daily activities (e.g. preparation of investment proposals, portfolio reviews, client pitches)
- Creative enhancement and maintenance of brochures, presentations, pitch books, related to CIO Client Relations activities and solutions – in line with corporate branding practices and guidelines
- Contribute to the narrative, storyline and visuals of both standard and ad-hoc material
- Support CIO Strategy & Investment Analysis in aspects related to coordination activities with its main marketing and communication stakeholders
- Independent preparation of materials associated with ad-hoc presentation, such as existing or new client pitches
The output are presentations for clients and prospects, marketing material, product presentations etc.
The main tools are MS Office, mainly PowerPoint.
To be successful in the role, the incumbent will need to:
Education in content creation, such as a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business administration with some focus on banking, financial services, or equivalent;
Excellent, up-to-date command of Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint;
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, preferably in private client services or the publication / social media industry;
Basic to intermediate financial literacy, interest in financial and economic news;
Excellent communication and writing skills are a must;
Creative character and proven ability to “think outside the box”;
Proactive mindset with a desire to take initiatives and challenge status-quo in the area of expertise;
Familiar with the specific requirements of Private Banking clients;
High integrity, reliable, deliver consistently high quality within agreed timeframes; capacity to deliver under time pressure and to receive and implement constructive feedback.
Team player with an interest in and deriving joy from collaborating with others;
Fluent in English and German or French (spoken and excellent written skills), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
The role reports administratively to the Location Manager of the CoE and functionally to the Head of the CIO Client Relations Team based in Switzerland.
