Job Description
Exp: 7-10 years
The Individual will primarily be responsible to create a CoE for Project Management other activities would include
- Project Planning and timeline sensitivity for global clients.
- Work with the creative, client servicing & technical teams in the delivery of end results; management of internal & external resources
- Production of project plans, tracking, schedules, deliverables & WIP reports; creating & refining processes for smooth & efficient workflow
- Creation of UX, wireframes, specifications & documentation
- Implementation of analytics & keeping track of website performances with optimization constantly at the forefront
- Projection & adherence to estimated production times & resources
- Identification of potential risk points; management & resolution of project issues
- Should be exposed to sophisticated / SaaS based project management platforms.
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of marketing strategies
- Data analysis and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Project Management tools and dashboards
Skills
- Communication, Presentation, Story Telling, Estimation
- Business acumen and good with numbers
Ideal candidate background
- You would be a multitasker and capability to manage around 50 projects at a time. Used to a flat work culture, where support, collaboration, ownership and agility are a way of life.
- High on agility and energy. Flexibility to support clients in different time zones
Location: Mumbai; 5 days a week
