Role details:
- Title / Designation: Client Services Director – Digital
- Reporting Manager: VP – Delivery
- Location: Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities:
- Providing strategic client interface, powered by deep Insurance domain and market expertise, customer advocacy and thought leadership, as a trusted strategic partner for the clients
- Leading delivery in all its dimensions, including timeliness, SLA adherence, quality, continuous improvement / innovation, reusability and more
- Contribution to business growth and expansion, through identification of downstream and adjacent services and solutions, leveraging delivery excellence, domain expertise and innovation
- Steering seamless stakeholder communications across client and internal teams
- Steering talent acquisition and career growth for delivery team members, doing all that it would take
- Promoting a culture of trust, equality, collaboration, and opportunity within and across teams
Candidate requirements:
- 14+ years of experience in leading technical teams, with the recent 5+ in roles of Senior Manager and above, leading a team of about 150 people
- Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MBA
- Deep domain expertise in Insurance, including understanding of insurance applications and processes
- Willingness for business travel in India or abroad, as required
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Host of relevant soft skills, competencies and attributes
- One or more of PgMP, SAFe® and ITIL certification – is highly desirable
