Job Description
For an international E-Commerce Company we are looking for a
Client Success Manager Italy
Main Duties:
- Responsible for the success of Italian merchants, supporting customers to achieve branding & marketing & sales target by providing customized online solutions based on customer's needs, adjusting online business strategy based on market's feedback, training to empower merchants' e-commerce capacity.
- Build strong relationship with service partners, and ability to train them to become the local center of competencies. Guide service partner towards the implementation of best practices for their portfolio of merchants.
- Read data and generate insights and evidences through numbers. Transfer insights both to the HQ to guarantee highest platform's performances, and locally to secure accounts' optimization and positive ROI
- Collect clients' requests and pain points, and improve customer experience and platform performance by cross-functional teamwork.
- Collaborating with search team and ads team for gaining more accurate traffic for Italian Suppliers.
- Grow Service Partners community and create success stories to enhance company awareness through diverse social media/event in collaboration with marketing team.
- Enhance the efficiency of Advertisement and other commercial services, increase the advertising consumption, and being responsible for upselling.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce/digital service companies or Export/Trading company. Have a good knowledge of local e-commerce and trading environment and ecommerce key account manager experience.
- Sensitive to B2B products, insight into user psychology, business analysis, user experience analysis, and user data analysis, etc. Have a mature and effective management and operation methods.
- Prior experience of customer success management with digital B2B/B2C platform is preferred.
- Rich experience in customer life cycle management and local service planning capabilities.
- Results-oriented, pursuing excellent customer experience.
- Strong capability of communication, listening and ability to understand the client needs
- Solution oriented, positive thinking, optimistic
- Native in Italian. Fluent in English.
