We are looking for a experined operation Analyst in Payments industry with Fluent German /Frech speaking skills. His key role is to connect the client with all teams within the Global Payments Business – Trading, Sales, Operations, IT as well as correspondent banks. The candidate will assist the global client services team with their day-to-day actives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Client Services team, Operations team and Production support team in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
- Provide Clients with day-to-day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
- Assistance with integration of IT systems (API, FIX, customized solutions, inhouse platforms)
- Develop a strong product knowledge and work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
- Ensure all client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
- For complex investigations, escalate and engage appropriate members of the Client Services team to determine and arrive at resolutions.
- Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.
- Responsible for establishing successful relationships with all internal team.

Knowledge and Experience
- Candidate has to be advanced in written and spoken of French/German Language(Certification in French/ German language is mandatory)
- Previous client support experience is an advantage
- Understanding of the payments services industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel.
- Self-reliant and confident working within a small team with exposure to key business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organisations.
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
- French language proficiency
