Job Responsibilities include:

1. Order processing, material planning and placing orders.
2. Provide complete support to payment collection team to pet the payment from the customer.
3. Project status sheets (follow up).
4. Follow up with warehouse regarding shipping discrepancies / receiving orders / GRN / invoice
5. Coordinate with vendors & suppliers.
6. Analyze stock and create a way to reduce stock levels and then maintain it.
7. Check stock for projects with warehouse and coordinate with clinic managers / charge nurse & store keepers.
8. Request and follow up on payment / order approval from management.
9. Ensure deliveries to clinic are met on time.
10. Monitor inventory levels at clinics  and plan replenishments. 

The Ideal candidate should be :

1. A university graduate in a related field.

2. Have 1-2 years experrience in material planning / supply chain in a medical company or institution.

3. Resident in UAE
