Role Overview The Marketing Director will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for developing and driving the overall marketing strategy for this international Consumer Health company, specializing in food supplements, multivitamins, and sports nutrition. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Budget Oversight Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-year comprehensive marketing strategy for all brand portfolios, covering brand building, launches, promotions, and consumer engagement. Conduct high-level market research and analysis to identify major consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and significant growth opportunities across all sectors. Team & People Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and diverse team of Marketing Brand Managers and Specialists, including G-Brand Managers and the Digital Hub & E-commerce team. Foster a collaborative environment between marketing sub-teams and cross-functional departments (Concept Development, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain). Brand Management Oversee brand lifecycles and ensure the successful launch of a diverse range of high-quality, science-backed wellness and nutrition products. Direct the development of powerful brand messaging and creative assets across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital). Ensure all brand portfolios remain agile, capturing emerging health movements and staying ahead of the curve. Digital, E-commerce, and Activation Channel Strategy Set the strategy for the Digital Hub & E-commerce function to accelerate online sales and optimize the customer journey and user experience (UX). Champion digital marketing excellence, including social media, e-commerce, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and data-driven performance marketing. Direct the planning and execution of on-ground (BTL) activations and collaborate with Trade Marketing & Sales teams to develop effective trade marketing programs that ensure strong market penetration. Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive marketing experience within a reputable FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) organization. Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, with demonstrable success leading complex, multi-domain marketing divisions and a strong understanding of integrated marketing communication strategies across traditional and digital channels. Track record of successfully developing and launching consumer products, particularly within self-care, personal care, beauty, or sports nutrition categories. Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to drive strategic decisions. Experience in digital marketing (social media, e-commerce, content marketing, SEO/SEM) is a significant advantage.
