Cloud & Digital Commercial Contracts Manager

Our fast-growing client is seeking a highly experienced Cloud & Digital Commercial Contracts manager  to take charge of strategic contracts , projects and business development in the areas of IT, legal, finance and digital transformation

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing multidisciplinary, cross-functional projects, including IT, legal, commercial, finance and communication aspects. They must possess a deep understanding of contract governance, including risk management, deliverables, disputes, reporting, communication, action plans, negotiations, and steering committees.

The successful candidate must be fluent in French and working professionnal English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be required to interact with internal and external partners at all levels of the organization.
