Philippe, Managing Partner of the ANTAL Boulogne-Saint Cloud office, native French, has more than 25 years' experience and a deep knowledge  in the international Telecom & IT  industry in various functions. He has an engineer degree in computer science , an executive business MBA  (DESS C.A.A.E. degree at - Institut Administration Entreprises (I.A.E.)) as well as a Procurement Certifying Program at Sciences Po Paris. He has extensive experiences in Leadership, Management, Strategy, Production, Project , Program Delivery , Integration, Outsourcing, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Procurement, Finance  as well. Furthermore, working with professionals globally he is very familiar with multicultural working environments with ability to work with widely global teams, under heavy time constraints. Philippe is a strategic and operational manager, pragmatic and rigorous, driven by the result. Philippe’s funding values include trust, transparency, care for people, loyalty and honesty.

Philippe started his career in 1994 as IT engineer, then IT project manager. He held various positions in IT consulting companies, Cap Gemini Telecom Ernst & Young, Bouygues Telecom, PSA Peugeot Citroen, BNP PARIBAS and also as IT defense officer. Philippe started in the telecom industry in 1995 with the launch of Bouygues Telecom. From 1997 to 2003, he was IT order to billing senior project manager within Global One, then until 2005 International IT messaging, hosting, security customer project management for Equant. In 2005 until 2010, he was promoted to head of a team of IT customer delivery project managers in Orange Business Services. In 2010, he joined Orange IT corporate sourcing department as IT sourcing program director. In this function, he worked on the assessment setup of BuyIn (Procurement Joint Venture of Orange & Deutsche Telekom) and then joined Buyin in 2012 as Vice President for Network and IT.

Philippe founded ANTAL International Boulogne Saint-Cloud to create and develop his own business and implement his entrepreneurial skills in continuity of his professional career and expertise.
