Hiring for a Cloud Support Administrator – Endpoint, for a MarTech SaaS platform, providing Digital Media Spend Optimization

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Cloud Support Administrator
• Reporting to: Director of Information Security
• Location:  Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Shift timing: 12pm to 10pm

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide endpoint administration and support services, related to Microsoft 365 solution development and support relating to Microsoft's core business applications and cloud offerings including Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune and Teams deployed on Azure cloud.
• Develop, maintain, and contribute to technical and process documentation.
• Identify and evaluate trends and industry best practices.

Candidate requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in using products such as Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, PowerShell, and Office 365
• Hands on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
• Experience in functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud
• Experience with automation and scripting, PowerShell, Power app and automation, Microsoft Graph API etc
• Expertise in developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical and process documentation.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Defender suite of products and Azure Active Directory Conditional Access
