For an Italian Hospitality Group, we’re looking for a:

Cluster Revenue Manager

 You will be directly reporting to the COO of the company, coordinating the Revenue team and working along with Sales and Marketing

Main duties

• Leading the team in the definition and application of Total Revenue Management strategies and tactics and reaching set targets.

• Maximizing revenue managing rates, inventory, demand, forecasts and market analysis

• Identifying revenue opportunities

• Creating and maintaining a trustful relationship with hotels and key partners

• Helping with the development of a long-term vision

• Defining budget and strategic planning

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3-4 years as Revenue Manager (Hotel full service)
• Team Leading experience
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Strong relationship and analytical skills
• Target-oriented and flexible
• Problem-solving
• Experience in chain hotels is a plus
