Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating the CMF development strategy for all models of the company
• Responsible for leading the company's CMF design under the company's overall strategy, and controlling the development direction of CMF
• Responsible for the research on the expansion and design iteration of the CMF family gene
• Responsible for building CMF development system and development process
• Responsible for improving the CMF maturity of the GWM brand, and comprehensively improving the quality, details and sophistication
• Responsible for training the CMF team

Work requirements:

• Served as a CMF leader in the styling business of a world-class car company, and is well-known in the industry, such as related positions in the styling centers of internationally renowned car companies
• More than 15 years of automotive CMF development work experience, at least 2 star models CMF design experience, able to guide the whole process of CMF work
• With excellent strategic management ability, team leadership ability, CMF trend analysis ability
• Bachelor degree or above, able to communicate in English
• Responsible for assisting the director or general manager of the company, formulating development strategies, participating in operation management and decision-making
