Position number 2306 - Coating Technology Director of Body Appearance

The company is developing towards internationalization and globalization. How to make the body coating quality (appearance and anti-corrosion) reach the recognition and favor of customers in European and American developed countries, there is a lack of mentor professionals and authoritative leaders.

Dealing with global body coating process and quality

Open Topics and Expecting Result
1. The appearance of the paint film can meet the needs of customers in all regions of the world;
2. Quick realization method of short cycle color debugging;
3. Establishment of appearance standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Take the lead in building a process evaluation standard system for the appearance quality of paint film, which meets the needs of European and American markets and high-end vehicles; Take the lead in formulating the appearance differentiation management standard system for the Group company to realize the quality control system of different brands of our company;
2. Take the lead in formulating production process and quality control requirements for high-end vehicles;
3. Improve our technical requirements for coating materials and equipment selection requirements to ensure that the materials and production equipment used in the products can support the body coating quality to meet the quality requirements of globalization;
4. Building the color debugging standardization to meet the debugging requirements of short cycle and high quality.                                                                                                                     

        
Qualifications:
1. With more than 15 years experience in coating technology area.
2. With experience in appearance Commissioning Technology and evaluation of  Top & primary coating.
3. Job skills: formulation ability of coating quality / process technical standards and system construction ability.
4. Tool skills: application skills of daily office equipment & measurement and analysis instruments of coating discipline.

Position number 2307 - Coating Development Director

Current Status
The lack of verification items and contents in coating development has led to too many problems in field implementation, which restricts the realization of short cycle and high quality.

Systematically improve the coating development process, completely avoid on-site construction problems and shorten the absolute cycle of color development.

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the preparation and standardization of coating development schedule.

Qualifications:
1. With more than 10 years experience in coating development, experience in joint venture factory is preferred.
2. Proficient in coating development process; Verification ability of new processes and materials.
