Location: Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Set the brand color & trim design plan according to the brand positioning.

▪ Define the design direction according to the vehicle positioning, and effectively guide the design scheme.

Work requirements:

▪ Qualifications:

- More than 12 years of color & trim design experience, and participate in the development of at least 6 mass production models.

▪ General knowledge:
- Able to pre analyze future trends
- Have the ability of design and planning
- Have the ability of design guidance

▪ Professional knowledge:
- Familiar with color & trim related design process
- Familiar with interior and exterior color design and verification process
- Familiar with texture design and verification process
- Have the ability of later quality control
