​The Opportunity

​ • We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead and enable the successful execution of large, complex initiatives within the Adobe Commerce organization. This role will oversee program planning, drive operational improvements, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization. This role ensures alignment across Product, Engineering, and partner teams while delivering high-quality releases on schedule What you'll Do

​• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.

​• Experience with PaaS, SaaS and release management (preferred).

​• Closely partner with other program managers to understand program dependencies and flag risks

​• Analyze data and derive insights to pressure test delivery plans and schedules

​• Excellent communication, and conflict resolution skills.

​• Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and problem-solving attitude.
