You support underwriting/sales/claims/etc. team and is accustomed to a fast-paced and often pressurised environment. 

You rely on your strong interpersonal and organisational skills, your exceptional written and telephonic communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (advantageous), your ability to work accurately and fast, and your experience in capturing related data (i.e. invoices, claims, data, etc.) to effectively and efficiently add value to your team. 

You have a Matric/Grade 12 qualification (non-negotiable), an RE5 (advantage), an Insurance COB (advantage), and an insurance qualification (advantage).  Additionally, you have verifiable work experience in this type of function for a minimum of 2+ years.
