Job Description
Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

- Provides strong, effective, and collaborative support for the site team.
- Supports process excellence; Evaluates and revises internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Documents internal policies and procedures and ensures compliance
- Facilitates effective communication between all stakeholders
- Management of commercial contracts:
- Is the central point for the issuance of commercial contracts to customers. Collects information from the business & provides administrative support up to contract conclusion
- Secures legal review with Group Legal
- Liaise with external counsels
- Identify gaps and provides recommendations to correct
- Branch administration:
- Manages all contractors relations related to the branch activity : office lease, phone/IT equipment & services, company cars, hotels, auditors, …
- Manage the contracts related to the branch services : 3PL, carriers, customs agencies, local fabrication shops, …
- Manages HR administration
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: 5 years
- Demonstrated ability manage processes with attention to details with a strong focus on compliance, build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders
- Languages : Russian / English
