Required Experience for the role
- Experience in L&D function (+3 years)
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industries (+5 years)
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales (desirable)
- Experience working in the Near East region (Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Palestine) (desirable)
- Experience working with LMS (Learning management systems) (desirable)
Required Education for the role
- Pharmacy degree or other relevant education such as organisational psychology/human resources
- MBA (Master in Business Administration) (desirable)
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified within Learning & Development. (desirable)
- Train the trainer Certification (desirable)
- Certified facilitator (desirable)
