Responsibilities
The Commercial Contract Management (CCM) Specialist is responsible for the commercial and contract management of non-strategic suppliers, ensuring constant delivery of products and services in alignment with agreed business vision and strategy.
The role requires ownership of a variety of responsibilities and provides the opportunity to collaborate across the Global Procurement division at all levels, whilst gaining increased exposure and responsibility as the candidate matures into the position.
• Responsible for ongoing contract management and governance in the appointed categories including: review, optimization and renegotiation of contracts according to stakeholder demands, management and resolution of contract and commercial issues, dispute resolution, renewal, exit management and execution of all contract changes including the ones due to new regulatory or the client's Policy requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, to adhere to the frameworks, policies and procedures to minimize risks, promote sustainable outcomes, reduce costs and protect the value of the contract.
• Manage contracts for the suppliers assigned to and process change requests together with the bank's Legal function.
• Ensure that all contracts are compliant with regulatory, audit and policy requirements.
• Ensure delivery aligned with the agreed commercial terms, business demand and the relevant category strategy.
• Provide continuous management (i.e. update, consolidate and standardize) for all contractual agreements with the assigned suppliers.

Must have
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Advanced experience in commercial contract management, supplier risk management
and sound commercial acumen. Able to manage large contractual portfolios.
• Fluent in English and in German (written and verbal).
• Excellent agility, critical thinker, communication, influencing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong business planning skills, able to drive change
• Strong team player, able to work in a virtual, global team in a matrix organization with
strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds/hierarchies
• Experience in identifying and delivering process improvement projects in a complex
operating environment using strong relationship building skills
Education/Certification:
• Degree from an accredited college/ university preferable
Nice to have
• Optional: Professional Certification (IACCM - Association for Contract Management or similar)
