Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a sales management system.
- Building efficient business processes.
- Improving the efficiency of sales processes (training sales department specialists in modern sales techniques)
- Formation of tasks and setting work for teams of sales departments, customer development, marketing for the development and formation of a customer base and the implementation of sales plans.
- Planning current and long-term sales plans for products.
- Organization of activities for maintaining, analyzing, summarizing the information base of clients.
- Development and organization of events aimed at maintaining, developing the existing customer base and creating a new one, formalization and automation of business processes of the commercial unit.
- Participation in the acceptance, processing, analysis of claims for goods from customers.
- Development of plans for supplying the sales department, trade establishments of the institution with the necessary assortment and volume of products on time.
- Development of individual sales plans for employees, attracting new customers.
- Participation in negotiations with key clients, their consulting.
