Head office is in Dubai, UAE, where we also have a factory. In addition, we have 20 branches in numerous countries like Germany, Turkey, Kazakhstan and CIS, where we have another large factory in Kostroma.

The team is proud to serve over 2500 leading metallurgical, pipe, glass, construction materials and other industrial companies, whose daily business is dependent on safe and secure packing of their products during the transportation to their final clients.
Client's mission is to constantly improve the industrial transport packaging, identification of the products and safety of people in the end of the production line.

Functional responsibilities-Sales management:
- To be responsible for developing and implementing of company sales strategy in the regions:- Middle East – direct sales to clients
- Europe, USA, Africa, Asia – distributors sales
- To be responsible for annual sales budget execution, EBITDA, all costs of the Export offices, profitability of the Export Sales
- To understand where the growth markets are and to allocate sales resources accordingly.
- To be responsible for analysis of competitors and preparation of pro-active plans of market competition
- To be responsible for negotiating sales and business agreements, commercial agreements, and partnerships.- To control of the indebtedness of the customers
- To establish relationships with key personnel within the market, attend industry events and conferences while establishing and maintaining long term relationships with key clients, potential clients, and key strategic partners.
Development of new products:- To develop sales of labeling and other new products including management of existing and new products’ suppliers.
Supply chain:- To manage supply chain issuers including control of the stock levels of the warehouses, necessary purchasing, coordination with central Supply chain team.
Team management:
- To evaluate the existing organizational structure and to make it more profitable and efficient.
- To be responsible for managing the team: developing people’s existing skills and building new ones to maintain efficient, effective execution of duties and meet the targets.
Submission/ report to the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:• Proven experience in Sales Management.
• Experience in the industrial sales
• Negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people management skills
• Good team player with an enthusiastic self-motivated attitude
• English language – fluent, German language – advantageous
